I’m Sam Norman, a Utah Realtor with over 20 years of experience
I’ve been interested in Real Estate ever since High School, and I knew I would be involved in Real Estate as a profession one way or another. I built my first home when I was 20, as an investment opportunity. I decided to move into it for a few years, sold it for a massive profit, and I was hooked!
In my early 20s, I was involved in coaching, where we taught novices how to get started on their investment journey. I did that off and on, as well as working in the family home-building business learning about new construction.
Through the market crash of 08, I used my license and expertise to negotiate short sales for homeowners that were facing foreclosure. I successfully negotiated over 100 sales that allowed sellers to move on their terms and with their pride intact. There was an art to it, and it was very rewarding to help so many.
As the market rebounded, I took advantage of the rising tides and successfully flipped dozens of homes. My knowledge of the construction process and having a pulse on the market came in very handy. It’s always a joy seeing a home that’s been neglected be brought back to life with a modern twist!
Since then, I’ve been working as a traditional real estate agent, helping others buy and sell their homes and build their portfolios as well. My experience runs from Starter Homes to Multi-Million $ Luxury Market. Somewhere in the middle of all that, I got married to the love of my life and had 3 kids as well haha. I’ve been serving this market for over 20 years, and UTAH IS MY HOME.
